EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
Making an exchange or return is very simple. Just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org requesting an exchange / return authorization number and send your item(s) back to us within 30 days after receiving your order. You can email us in English or Spanish.
If the fit of your item is not right and you would like to exchange it for a different size, please email us indicating:
- The replacement size you would like to exchange your item for. Please note that all exchanges are based on stock availability.
- Schedule a collection or drop off at Fedex. If you would like us to schedule a free collection with Fedex, please indicate the address in which your item must be collected. Alternatively, you can drop your shipment off at any Fedex facility.
We will respond to your email within 24 hours. You will receive an exchange authorization number and a Fedex shipping label. Please print and attach the label to the shipment and send it back to us.
Shipping is free of charge for exchanges for any order in the US.
If you would like to return your item and receive a refund, please email us requesting a return authorization number and send the item to the following address:

We will respond to your email within 24 hours. You will receive a return authorization number that must be indicated in your shipment. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
Please note that for returned items shipping charges are non-refundable and the return shipment is at the customer's charge.
Items must be returned new and unused. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. All items returned should indicate an exchange / return number. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
